What is Un-Managed Hosting?

With Un-Managed Hosting we are responsible for the initial setup of the Hosting Account, the Website Platform, and anything else that has been specified. With this level, we will:

1. Register your domain (if required)
2. Handle initial DNS configuration.
3. Create your Website.
4. Install your selected Platform.
5. Setup your first email address.
6. Secure your Website and Email.

Anything beyond this is handed off to you. We will still be available for additional assistance if needed, and can answer questions about your new Website, Hosting Account, or Email.

We will still be responsible for technical problems and major backend changes.

What is Managed Hosting?

With Managed Hosting we will do everything in Un-Managed Hosting plus:

1. Create future email addresses.
2. Manage changes to DNS.
3. Create future subdomains.
4. Create new backup jobs if purchased.
5. Keep a general eye on the domain and let you know if problems arise.

Anything beyond this is handed off to you such as:

1. Website Design.
2. Setting up external Mail clients.
3. Installing Website add-ons.
4. Etc.

If you still need assistance with these things, they will be charged hourly to your account as work done by a Hohe Virtual Assistant.

We will still be responsible for technical problems and major backend changes.
