Understanding pricing structures for a Website Hosting service can be a complicated process. There are many components, all of which rely on each other. This is why we’ve put a great deal of thought into ours in order to make it easy to read, easy to understand, and last but not least, easy to afford.

First, pick you plan. Standard, or Custom. If you want to run a website running one of our Supported Platforms (see below), then you’ll want to pick the Standard Site plan. If you want to run something that’s not one of our Supported Platforms, you’ll need to pick the Custom Site plan. Once you pick your plan, that’s it! If you already own a domain and wish to utilize our hosting services, please contact us so we can discuss your options. The registrar you used to register your domain will impact which of our services you could and couldn’t use.

If you wanted to change hosting providers away from Hohe Virtual Assistant services, simply contact us and we will begin the process of unlocking and preparing your domain name for transfer to another registrar. Hohe Virtual Assistant Services can “park” your domain for up to 60 days in which additional charges could apply if your domain were to renew during that period.

What’s the difference between Email Accounts and Email Addresses? Just remember that one Email Account can have multiple email addresses associated with the account in the form of a single required Primary Address, and optionally, one or more Alias Addresses.

What is Site Storage? Site Storage is general storage used for everything associated with your hosting account. Website storage, Email Account storage, FTP storage, everything. It’s all summed up as “Site Storage”.

Backups for your site are done daily. By default, every Hosting Account will have one daily backup with no retention. Meaning a backup will only exist until the next backup is taken (the next day).

As an example, if you decide to do two backups, then you’ll have a backup for the current day, and one for the previous day. If you do 4 backups, you’ll have a backup for the current day and a backup for each of the last 3 days.
